Upon trust to sell and convert the same into money with power to postpone such sale and conversion so long as they shall think fit without being responsible for loss. And after payment of all expenses incidental to the trusts hereby created Upon trust for such children of mine living at the decease of my said wife and such grandchildren then living being the issue of my deceased daughter Laura Jones or of any other child of mine who may die in my lifetime or in the lifetime of my said wife as being male have attained or shall attain the age of twentyone years or being female have attained or shall attain that age or marry under that age the objects of this trust to take in equal shares except that issue of a deceased child of mine shall take between them the share only which their parent would have taken if he or she had survived me and my said wife and attained the age of twentyone years.
